He'll be  traveling to Zagrieb, Croatia to face undefeated 2016 Olympic bronze medalist Flip Hrgovic 5-0 (4 KOs), who will be fighting professionally for the first time in his homeland. The card is apply titled "The Homecoming" and Mansour will provide plenty of fireworks.

Hrgovic holds professional victories over Tom Little, Sean Turner and undefeated prospect Filiberto Tovar. Mansour will be the Croatian's toughest opponent and with a record of 23-2 (16 KOs), a victory for Hrgovic would shoot him above the status of prospect to contender. The Croatian star has already been touted as a future heavyweight champion by some in the boxing community. Mansour is going to show where Hrgovic is at and guarantee that his homecoming is one not to be forgotten.

After Dave Allen's recent knockout of undefeated Nick Webb, boxing fans were reminded of the heavyweight divisions' potential for upset. At 46 years of age, Mansour knows that a defeat against the young prospect would most certainly derail any title hopes in the future.

Hrgovic who currently training in Florida with Cuban trainer Pedro Diaz, faces what has to be considered a daunting task for any fighter with less than 10 bouts. Mansour holds recent victories over Travis Kauffman, Joey Dawejko, Fred Kassi and holds a majority draw with Gerald Washington. Washington showed what he could do until WBC Heavyweight Champion Deontay Wilder lowered the boom in the 5th round in early 2017.

This has to be one of the most intriguing matches in the heavyweight division and September 8th promises to be an explosive evening not to be missed.
