Pryce Taylor Meets Tsotne Rogava for NABF Title in Albuquerque
Albuquerque, NM, USA – Pryce Taylor will fight for his first professional title when he meets Tsotne Rogava for the vacant NABF heavyweight belt at Kiva Auditorium on November 7.
The ten-round bout matches the unbeaten Brooklyn heavyweight, 13–0 with eight knockouts, against a former Ukrainian Olympian who brings a 13–1 record and eight stoppages. It forms part of the Abraham Perez–Yankiel Rivera card, live on DAZN.
Taylor has kept moving since turning professional in December 2023. This will be his fourth outing of 2026, following wins over James Evans, Calvin Barnett and Issac Muñoz. The Muñoz fight in Puerto Rico took him the full ten rounds in July, giving him useful distance experience ahead of this assignment.

It is another step forward since Taylor joined Salita Promotions. Rogava has a much stronger record than most of his early opponents, and the American will have to beat a man with plenty of experience beyond the professional ranks.
Born in Georgia and now based in California, Rogava represented Ukraine at the Tokyo Olympics before building his professional career. His only defeat came against Ahmed Krnjić in the WBC Grand Prix quarterfinals last year. He returned with a decision win over Mauricio Leon Perez.
For Taylor, the attraction is straightforward: a first belt and the chance to move into bigger fights. “I've always believed I could be a champion and now I have my shot,” he said in the fight announcement.
The NABF crown is a regional title, but this is a worthwhile meeting of two heavyweights with something to prove. Taylor wants to keep his unbeaten run going; Rogava has the opportunity to put a dent in a rising American prospect's plans.
