Hangzhou, China (October 3, 2023) - Tokyo 2020 Olympic Gold Medalist and Top Heavyweight Bakhodir Jalolov has knocked out China's Danabieke Bayikewuzi at the Asian Games, meaning he will represent Uzbekistan in 2024 in Paris.

Competing in the super-heavyweight boxing category, Jalolov's victory in the semi-finals means he will vie for the gold medal on October 5th.

It's worth noting that Bahodir previously dominated Tajikistani boxer Muhammad Abroriddinov in the earlier rounds of the tournament.
