Adam Kownacki Stopped in 45 Seconds
Kownacki went after his opponent with his usual flurries, and Kacper Meyna was happy to oblige, responding with solid shots of his own.

Adam “Babyface” Kownacki brought a busy, pressure-fighting style to the heavyweight division. Born in Łomża and raised in Brooklyn, he turned professional in 2009 and built a strong following on New York cards.
His 2017 stoppage of Artur Szpilka was a breakthrough. Wins over Iago Kiladze, Charles Martin and Gerald Washington followed. A twelve-round decision over Chris Arreola at Barclays Center in August 2019 took him to 20–0.
Robert Helenius stopped Kownacki in the fourth round in March 2020 and again in the sixth round of their October 2021 rematch. The taller Finn repeatedly punished openings in Kownacki’s pressure game.
Ali Eren Demirezen then beat him by unanimous decision over ten rounds in July 2022. His June 2023 stoppage loss to Joe Cusumano was later changed to a no-contest, according to BoxRec’s record of the New York commission’s reversal.
Kacper Meyna stopped him in the first round in Koszalin on March 2, 2024. The Meyna fight remains his last heavyweight result. Kownacki is 20–4 (15 KOs), with a separate no-contest.
He is advertised to face Ezequiel Maderna in a bridgerweight farewell in Łomża on November 21, 2026. No next heavyweight fight is confirmed.
